Reciprocal Membership Agreement

            Reciprocal membership agreement between The Gulf Coast Writers Association, Inc., meeting at 7401 Winkler Road, Fort Myers, Florida 33919 and The Peace River Center for Writers located at Punta Gorda History Park, 501 Shreve Street, Punta Gorda, Florida 33950.

1. Upon proof of membership, a visiting member shall receive rights and privileges without paying non-member fees.

2. Visiting members shall pay member fees as advertised for events or workshops.

3. Gulf Coast Writers Association, GCWA, shall maintain a link to the Peace River Center for Writers on their web site, www.gulfwriters.org.

4. Peace River Center for Writers, PRCW, shall maintain a link to the Gulf Coast Writers Association on their web site, www.peaceriverwriters.org.

5. All reciprocal guests must comply with the policies and bylaws of the host organization.

6. GCWA and PRCW shall include a reciprocal membership agreement statement on membership applications.

                       Gulf Coast Writers Association has a reciprocal membership agreement with Peace River Center for Writers.”

                        Peace River Center for Writers has a reciprocal membership agreement with Gulf Coast Writers Association.”

            This agreement shall remain in force until either the Gulf Coast Writers Association or the Peace River Center for Writers gives 6 months notice of termination or a wish to renegotiate the agreement.
