Patricia Allen

Patricia writes non-fiction. She is also a member of Peace River Center for Writers in Punta Gorda. She is interested in the networking that GCWA provides. She is currently working on a memoir. She is looking for a critique group.

 

Bill Brower

Bill writes fiction, primarily technical literature. He heard about GCWA from the web. He wants to learn and stimulate his writing and to network with writers. He is a Professor Emeritus from Marquette in Milwaukee. His specialty is in Aeodemia, Cryspreservation, Cryso Surgery, Heterogenesus Cetolysis.

Joyce Daniels

 

Joyce (J.D.) Daniels

Joyce writes fiction, non-fiction, poetry and essay. She is also a member of Pine Island Writers. She is a prose editor for Prairie Wolf Press Review, an on-line journal featuring new and established writers and visual artists. The Old Wolf Lady: A Biography was published in 2005. David Hernley

Dave writes fiction, non-fiction and poetry. He heard about GCWA from the web. He is currently writing about Holistic Health and Lifestyle Choices. He joins to improve his writing skills and learn about the business of publishing. He has written the first of a sequel of novels of The Paradise Saga with two more yet to be written. It is a Metaphysical Fiction or an Adult Fairy Tale about Romantic Adventure as he likes to call it. He is interested in how to publish and market E-books. He writes under pen names: "David Allen" and "Christopher David".

 

Vicki Lei

Vicki writes fiction, poetry and children stories. She heard about GCWA from a friend. She has written "Mr. Grumpy and Creepy Caterpillar." She looks forward to meeting other writers. She is a professional musician, author of nine children books, four humorous non-fiction works and a library of music. She is a mother of three grown children and a grandmother.

Donna is a non-writer who has been attending with her writer husband, Tony Rodio. She is a Librarian with the Lee County School System.

 

Jerry Summers

Jerry writes fiction, non-fiction, children, multimedia and Academic. He was told about GCWA by Lenore Farkas, current member. He has written forty-one books, so far. He joined for what he could learn, the social, the networking and the marketing. He is a retired professor. Currently he is President of Riverside Publication, Etc. Little Joe Micale

Little Joe writes fiction, non-fiction, plays, screen writing, essay, family bio, profiler. He has been published in the News Press, Breeze Corp., a book, Confessions of a Hollywood Hairstylist, 4 movies, 58 shows, TV series, and 4 TV specials. He currently writes as Entertainment Editor for the Snowbird Journal and has two new books. He wants to associate with other writers, to learn and help promote other writers. He is the producer of Florida's Famous Storytellers, a monthly show where they tell short stories to the people of Calusa Harbour located on the river in Fort Myers. He's always looking for storytellers!

 

 

Bernice Richmond

Bernice writes fiction and non-fiction. She heard about GCWA from the newspaper. She has written for the American Way Magazine and the Naples Daily News. She likes writers and writing and all creative people. In addition to writing she is a Graphic Artist and Illustrator.

Connie Bottinelli

Connie is a Documentary Filmmaker. She writes Non-Fiction and Screenwriting. She is the daughter of Russ Miller. Her works have been broadcast on CBS, NBC, Discovery, Court TV, Fox, Lifetime, TLC...
Her goals are to expand to print and do book trailers. She is available to create video book trailers and would make herself available for workshops.

Barbara Burnett

Barbara Leonard Burnett

Barbara writes fiction and has been published, Belle and the Pastor. She welcomes the camaraderie, help, and suggestions from the membership. She got a tattoo at 70 and published her first book at 71. She met members at Grace Lutheran and was impressed with their friendliness and good humor.

H. Ray Pope

Ray writes non-fiction. His published works include: Tear It Down, My Lady and the Journey. He was invited by Diane Fowler and joined to learn about marketing. He is a 94-year-old retired attorney and judge. His goal is to become the Grand Pa Pope in literature as was Grandma Moses in art.

Patty writes fiction and has published Detour to Dallas. She joined GCWA to fellowship with other writers and to gain information on publishing, agents, etc. In addition, she a willing editor with references.

Kyle Miller

Kyle writes fiction an has published Dillo-A Baby Armadillo's Adventure on Sanibel Island which was a 2009 Eric Hoffer award winner, and newly released Snowy Pea and the Ghost Crab. She is the owner of Jungle House Publications which features wildlife storybooks for children. She is a member of the Florida Publishers Association, the Independent Book Publishers Association and the Society for Children's Book Writers and Illustrators.

Robert Dornburg

Robert lives in Fort Myers and is a fiction writer. His published piece is entitled Thorn Castle. At present he is working on Windmeer. Robert is a veteran of World War 11 and was employed with American Airlines. He is interested in associating with other writers. 

Laurie (Lori) Ruhl

Lori resides in Cape Coral. She is presently working on a fiction piece. Lori hopes to find out more about the business side of becoming published. 

Tony Tancredi

Tony lives in Ft. Myers. He has been published with a work entitled Sins of the Son. He hopes to gain more information on the subject of writing with like minded individuals.

Keith Donaldson

Keith writes fiction and plays. He has been published with “Death of an Intern” and “The Hill People” and is currently working on a piece entitled “Rude Awakenings.” He is joining GCWA for the networking aspects of our club. Retired from broadcasting, magazine writing and advertising, Keith now is pursuing playwriting and also volunteers in affordable housing and children’s education. Networking, workshops, critiques groups, reading groups and open mic programs are of special interest to Keith. We welcome him into our club.

Annie Lindstrom

Annie writes non-fiction, poetry and essays. She has been published in Telecommunications Trade magazines, Entrepreneur magazines and poetry journals. She hopes to revive her interest in poetry and meet other writers. Annie plans to do seminars in her career with Prudential Financial. She also tutors English as a second language for Literacy Volunteers of Lee County.

Workshops, speaker programs, networking sessions and possibly a critique group are of special interest to Annie. She remarked that she can hardly wait to get involved with GCWA as opportunities and time present themselves. We are happy to welcome Annie Lindstrom into our club.

David (Dave) Wilcox

David is a returning member to Fort Myers Beach. He writes fiction, poetry and travel.
